What we collect

  When you donate. Your Discord name, what you chose, any details you give us for custom work (such as a skin idea or an image), and the ticket conversation. PayPal gives us your name, email, amount and transaction ID on the receipt.

  When you report something. What you write on the report page or in a Discord ticket.
• ●
  When you play. Your in-game name, Steam ID and stats, shown on the leaderboard through CFTools Cloud.

Why we keep it

  To set up your reward and answer questions about it.
• ●
  To keep records of donations and what was given for them. We share these with Bohemia Interactive if they ask.
• ●
  To run the server, handle reports and keep the game fair.

Who sees it

• ●
  Our staff, only as much as they need to help you.
• ●
  PayPal handles your payment. We never see your card or bank details.
• ●
  Discord holds our tickets and chats. CFTools holds game stats.

Your choices

Want to see, correct or remove what we hold about you? Open a ticket on our Discord and a staff member will help. We keep donation records so we can prove what was given, so those may need to stay.
